Quidditch Europe is pleased to give you an update regarding the European Quidditch Cup 2021. After consultation with leadership from European NGBs and our event partners for both Divisions, we are happy to announce the following planned locations and dates for the European Quidditch Cup 2021.

Division 1 will be held on August 21st/22nd at the University of Limerick in Limerick, Ireland.

Division 2 will be held on August 28th/29th at the Stadio Aldo Invernici in Brescia, Italy.

Quidditch Europe is aware that many factors play a part in whether international events like the European Quidditch Cup can take place. Therefore, Quidditch Europe will be monitoring imposed measures and regulations regarding the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic across Europe and make a decision in mid to late Spring whether the European Quidditch Cup 2021 can and should go ahead on the aforementioned dates and locations.

Quidditch Europe has decided on this time as we feel we will have a good understanding of the possibility to host the event as well as the ability for teams to practice and prepare for the European Quidditch Cup by that time.

The safety of our players, officials, volunteers, spectators and all other people attending our events are our highest priority!
