We are delighted to offer accommodation for competing teams and all event attendees at the University of Limerick (UL).
In order to make an enquiry for accommodation, please fill out the details requested below.
We ask that one team representative enquires on behalf of the full team.
As the level of enquiries we receive is quite large, we would appreciate it if you could fill out and submit this form and allow UL at least 72 working hours for us to process your request.

Accommodation is offered on a self catering basis, and is €40/person/night. Each athlete will have their own room.
All bookings are made immediately through the University of Limerick. Any inquiries, questions, … should be sent to quidditch@ul.ie. QE is not responsible.
Please be aware that the form is focuses on attending playing teams, but any individual/group can also make an inquiry.

About Accommodation On Campus
Accommodation is available on site in six Olympic village style residences, offering a total of 2700 rooms, all equipped with free Wi-Fi and onsite parking. Each village has its own distinct character and is located in an attractive landscaped environment.
Each village has a designated area with dedicated staff members to assist with check-in, luggage storage, and any assistance you may require until check-out. Athletes can enjoy a private room provided in spacious shared apartments or houses with team mates and/or friends.
All athletes, volunteers and visitors will be hosted in Kilmurry Village (24 on the map / video) and Plassey Village (4 on the map / video). Both villages offer house style accommodations.
House Style
House style accommodation consists of 6/8 bedroom terraced houses. Each house has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a wash hand basin. House accommodation also offers meeting spaces, limited free parking and a communal laundry area.
