Schedule Day 1
Schedule Day 2
Group Draw
There will be 6 groups. Each group will have 5 teams.
- Each group will have one team from Pot 1, one team from Pot 2 on team from Pot 3 and two teams from Pot 4.
- Pots are based on the rankings of EQC2024 and the current national seeds.
- No two teams from the same NGB will be in the same group. The exception to this is Germany since they have 8 teams. The unseeded teams can be drawn into the same group as any of the Pot 1 or 2 German teams.
- The Group Draw will be broadcasted on 8th of March 2025.
Group Stage
The first phase is a regular group round-robin, in which teams play against the other teams in their group. There will be a total of 6 groups/pools (A-F) with 5 teams each, meaning every team plays a total of 4 games in this phase.

Brackets
Play-in Phase
The 6 thirds get ranked 1-6 according to the tiebreakers. The first two go on to the round of 16 and the team ranked 3 plays 6, 4 plays 5 for the last two slots in the round of 16.
Upper Bracket
Road to Championship
The teams that came first and second in the group phase advance to upper bracket. Here they are joined by the 4 thirds that qualified from the play-in phase. They are drawn in such a way that a third is chosen and is pitted against a first. Since there are only 4 thirds, the last 2 firsts to be drawn will play a second and then the 4 seconds play among themselves. Always avoiding replays.
Lower Bracket
Fourths and fifths from the group stage advance to Lower Middle Bracket, a fourth will play a fifth decided by a draw, again avoiding replays from the group phase. Later on, the 2 thirds defeated during the Play-in will join them in the second round. The positioning of the thirds will be decided on the same draw.
